About the Workshop

Webinar presented by Julie Bolduc-Duval

Tuesday, March 29, 2022 at 7pm eastern

Is teaching astronomy outdoors, in broad daylight with your students a mission impossible? Let us convince you otherwise!

There are many lessons you can teach just by inviting your students to look up at the sky. Through this webinar we will show you great activities you can do during school hours to teach your students about the phases of the Moon, creating a model of the Solar System and our Milky Way Galaxy, as well as how to observe eclipses (in anticipation of the April 8, 2024 solar eclipse). We will also cover how your students can explore these themes at home with their families. Don’t miss this unique opportunity to bring science to life for your classroom.

Registered participants will have access to documents and webinar recording.

This workshop is also offered in French.
