About The Workshop
The total solar eclipse of April 8, 2024 will be a once-in-a-lifetime event for Ontario, Quebec and the Atlantic provinces. To help schools get ready, we have prepared different sessions for all teachers and education professionals.
Our Eclipse 201 one-hour training session will cover:
- hands-on activities and demos to teach the eclipse;
- virtual tools modelling the eclipse;
- ideas for multi-disciplinary activities;
- other resources to make the most of this event with your students!
All grades and subjects are welcome - there's something for everyone!
This session will not be recorded. Select the date you wish to attend- all times are Eastern time. Other dates will be available in March - details to come.
