Webinar: Discover the Canada-France-Hawaii telescope!

Join us for this live webinar from Hawaii! We have the chance to welcome Daniel Devost, originally from Quebec, who is now the director of scientific operations on the Canada-France-Hawaii telescope. This telescope, which has a diameter of 3.6m, is perched at an altitude of 4200m on the summit of Mauna Kea on the Big Island of Hawaii. Mr. Devost will talk about the telescope, its operation and the science that is done by astronomers from Canada and elsewhere.
